Random Experiments (contd)

A coninuation of the experiments waala blog entry. Pic influenced by a self proclaimed perspectivist (or something like this). :)

Sepia + Super macro mode + An artistic angle :P = randommax pic.

Anyone knows whether a sepia straight from cam is better than a sepia induced by a software?

Btw, this blog entry is uploaded straight from picasa. So nice feature this I tell you. I can select pic and make entry straightaway.

Now, I invite people to send requests for next theme. Am at home with thousands of pics. So am confused. Will post as per request now onwards. :)

cheerio till then,

Random experiments

The only theme relating these photos is that I was playing around with new camera and trying out new features.

A super macro shot of my lovely watch. I love my watch :D The white balance might not be the best.

These two lakeside pics sitting on the small grassy patch next to the new guesthouse. Used an awesome feature where I can filter out one single colour and everything else becomes black and white. Still need to figure out its various possibilities.

Role reversal is a title I have thought for this one. Just another super macro mode shot.

Btw, is it possible to take close up pic of my own cam? W/o using a mirror?

Just kidding...

Kids I met at different places. Love them little munchkins.

This little one enjoying the rains infront of the Xerox shop of H10. Missed a face shot because of the rain.

This little kid, I met on my way back from Bangalore. Very playful. And friendly. I love the aura like effect that has been captured.

Had more but am feeling lazy. Will continue theme depending upon response.

And will keep making entries based on theme. Have a huuuge photo collection already.

First up... a lesson in entomology

Here's the first entry on my photo blog.
Let me take care of endsems. Will make this blog very active then :). And there would be things other than creepy crawlies too.
Make sure you maximize the pics to see the details.

The web's pattern captured clearly. Had to use flash, that is why the spider hasn't come out well.

A fly on my room's wall.

A grasshopper, another guest in my room.

This you must enlarge. A beautiful dragonfly. Notice the wing pattern.

The poor cochroach was feeling left out. So, have included him in this new version of this blog entry. Though curiously, I have a distinct feeling, one of its legs is missing.
